I am currently taking the diet pill Alli, but I am confused about when to take it because I accidentally bought the refill pack instead of the starter pack.

I take Alli too. To be honest, I pop a pill after I have a couple bites of a meal.

The back of my bottle says…..
Take one capsule with each meal containing fat..Do not take more than three capsules daily.
